You'll be responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure smooth service delivery operations.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
• Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the agreed quality and operations standards
• Oversee operations during excursion days and support, gather and feedback information about any incidents or accidents that may occur
• Manage and load all bookings into the system whilst maintaining supplier relations and expectations
• Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes
• Manage amendments and communicate them to the Service Delivery team and suppliers, guaranteeing services run as smoothly as possible whilst optimising costs and load factor
• Load pick-up times into the system and pre-order attraction entrance tickets, including any cash reconciliation
