For colleagues on local contracts

If you’re working with us on a local contract at TUI Spain, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits that support your wellbeing, reward your efforts, and give you flexibility both at work and in life:

  • Annual company bonus scheme to recognise collective success.
  • Sanitas private medical insurance – access lower rates through TUI. We cover part of your cost; you’re free to add dependents at your own expense.
  • 1,752 maximum annual working hours – any extra time worked is returned as compensatory rest (not paid as overtime).
  • Monthly variable payments linked to your role and destination.
  • Two extra paid days off – one for your birthday, and another for our “Makers of Happy Day”.
  • Option to buy up to 7 additional leave days through salary sacrifice.
  • Salary split flexibility – choose 12 or 13 payments per year, with a double payment in December if preferred.
  • Annual salary review to keep things competitive.
