The Programme: Our International Graduate Programme is a two-year journey that offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth, personal development, and international exposure. Designed to mould future leaders in the travel and tourism industry, the programme is structured around four six-month rotations (e.g. Marketing, Engineering & Maintenance, Commercial, Crew Planning, Strategy, Procurement, Airline Operations, Innovation & Digitalisation etc.). This structure allows you to experience different facets of our business, helping you to discover your strengths, passions, and aspirations within TUI.

Your Profile:
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Passion for travel and tourism
- Strong leadership potential and a desire to drive positive change
- International mobility between our office locations Hanover, London, Dublin, Rijswijk, Oostende, Stockholm, Vienna, Palma
- English language skills to business standard, additional European language skills will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
