As an HR Consultant,I support our apprentices from their very first lesson all the way to their graduation ceremony and that is something I find inspiring and fulfilling every single day. I’ve grown from an intern into a key contact for people and training development, an opportunity I truly value. Exciting projects, an open team, and the chance to bring in my creativity make the work here diverse and motivating. At TUI, we grow both personally and professionally in a workplace that’s built on trust and appreciation. The dynamic travel industry inspires me with its many opportunities and a shared passion for discovering new cultures. If you feel that energy too, this is the right place for you./p>
Stacy Wall
Manager Operations Sun & Beach
I started as an intern at TUI Suisse in January 2017, planned for nine months, and I’m still here today.I quickly moved into a permanent role in Operations, and now lead the department and manage our airtours brand. What’s kept me at TUI? The variety, the team spirit, and real chances to grow. I’ve taken on responsibility, trained apprentices, led projects, and developed continuously always supported by my manager and a strong culture of trust. Thanks to our Workwide programme, I can even work up to 30 days a year from Kenya to spend time with my family. At TUI, there’s always something happening, and that’s what makes it so special.
These include travel discounts on flights, hotels and package holidays, last-minute flight deals, reduced cruise fares, Friends & Family vouchers, and contributions towards public transport. You’ll also get access to discounts on culture, tech and everyday products through partners like Brack.ch, Mobilezone and FutureBens.
At TUI in Switzerland, we care about people not just as professionals, but as individuals. Whether it’s supporting wellbeing or encouraging personal development, we’re building a culture of care, openness, and growth.

In 2025, we launched a partnership with OnMind to give colleagues access to expert mental health support. It’s part of our commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and balanced work environment — where wellbeing isn’t just encouraged, it’s supported.

Our local mentoring programme helps colleagues grow through shared learning, feedback, and real connection. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, it's a great way to develop professionally while building community across the business.
