Reps
As a Crystal Ski Rep, you're the go-to person for our customers - offering expert advice, solving problems, and making ski holidays smooth and memorable. You’ll live and work in a stunning mountain resort, helping guests get the most out of every moment on and off the slopes.
Childcare
Our Childcare teams create safe, fun, and engaging experiences for our youngest guests. From snowy playtime to indoor creativity, you’ll bring energy, care, and a sense of adventure to every day - giving parents peace of mind and kids unforgettable holiday memories.
Operations
Our Operations teams are the backbone of resort life, handling vital behind-the-scenes logistics like finance, transport, and reporting. You'll work closely with our Reps and managers to keep everything organised and on track - making sure our guests' journeys are seamless from start to finish.
