Our Commercial Apprentice EFZ Travel – two paths, one qualification

At TUI in Switzerland, we offer an apprenticeship as a Commercial Apprentice EFZ Travel. What makes it special: you can complete this apprenticeship either in a TUI travel agency or at our headquarters in Zurich. Both paths lead to the same qualification – but each offers different focuses in your daily work.

Apprenticeship in the TUI Travel Shop

In this apprenticeship, you work right at the heart of the customer experience. You learn how to advise guests, create personalised travel packages, understand their wishes and help shape unforgettable holidays. At our Zurich headquarters – making travel happen behind the scenes

If you complete your apprenticeship at our Zurich headquarters, you experience the travel industry from a different angle. You work across several teams, support key processes, coordinate tasks and gain insights into areas such as Retail, Cruises, Operations or digital topics. This helps you understand how many pieces come together to create a great travel experience.

Note: All apprenticeship positions for 2026 have already been filled. Recruitment for the 2027 intake will start in August 2026.
