As a Groups, Weddings & Honeymoon Homeworking Team Manager, you'll lead and inspire a specialist remote team of dedicated advisors who help bring dream weddings, incredible honeymoons and unforgettable group holidays to life. You'll play a key role in shaping an exciting new area of our business, creating exceptional customer experiences, driving commercial success and building a high-performing team that delivers happiness at every stage of the journey

With a passion for people, sales and service, you'll coach, develop and empower your team to create personalised experiences that turn special occasions into extraordinary memories. As a role model for our 'Makers of Happy' vision, you'll help ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and memorable journey from their first enquiry through to departure. As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays and evenings.

As this is a Homeworking role, you’ll need a suitable space to work and require a broadband connection that has a download speed of at least 10 Mbps and an upload of at least 3 Mbps.
