Join our Customer Operations Team in Port Canaveral, FL as a Port Delivery Team Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless port operations, including turnaround and shore excursion services.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll lead and manage a team of direct reports to ensure efficient and effective port operations, with a focus on smooth collaboration and coordination across teams.
  • Ensuring the appropriate level of staffing and resources to meet the specific needs of each operation will be key to your success.
  • We'll count on you to maintain clear and continuous communication with cruise ships, internal teams, external stakeholders, and Port Authorities to facilitate operations.
  • Overseeing and managing any operational incidents falls under your remit, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
  • Last-minute operational changes at the pier will need your attention, ensuring that suppliers are promptly informed and prepared.
  • Managing multiple strategic priorities while overseeing daily logistics will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.


ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience in leading a team to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving change comes naturally to you, and you're adaptable when facing ambiguity or setbacks.
  • You must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid TWIC card.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required for this role.
  • Your problem-solving skills are complemented by a proactive approach to improving processes and embracing digital solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; fluency in a local language is a plus
  • You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Proven experience in cruise line port operations is what we're looking for.
