Senior Product Owner 1

We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of specific product areas within our Flight Consolidator platform, driving our global flight distribution and commercial strategy.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll define and articulate the product vision and strategy for assigned unified international flight consolidator product areas, using data and insights to shape the strategy.
• We'll rely on you to drive standardisation of the consolidator business across all markets, establishing a "deploy once" approach for efficient development.
• You'll develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives and major enhancements to secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Managing all business requirements for product areas will be your responsibility, ensuring they align with our objectives.
• Prioritising features and planning roadmaps that align with common cross-solution backlogs will be a key part of your role.
• Leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with commercial, technology, and operations functions will help deliver successful product initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven experience in product management, preferably within the travel industry or flight distribution sector.
• Your track record shows successful delivery of complex product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Experience in developing business cases and securing investment for product initiatives is essential for this role.
• A deep understanding of flight distribution systems, GDS platforms, or travel booking technologies will help you succeed.
• Strong analytical skills enable you to translate data into actionable insights.
• Your excellent stakeholder management skills allow you to influence at senior levels.
• Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset drives your approach to product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment demonstrates your collaborative abilities.
• Your strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices ensures quality outcomes.
• Knowledge of multiple GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) is valuable for this position.
• Understanding of airline commercial models and distribution strategies helps you make informed decisions.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C travel platforms gives you a comprehensive perspective.
• International experience working across multiple markets prepares you for our global scope.
