Join our B2B Intercruises Commercial Development & Quotations Team in Spain as a Commercial Development & Quotations Executive and provide a high level of service for our cruise lines.

ABOUT THE JOB 

  • Preparation of financial and content proposals according to  Cruise Lines specifications & deadlines, by coordinating among internal stakeholders
  • Ensure competitive rates and attractive margins by working closely with  Supply Contracting teams and understanding the market dynamics. 
  • Communicating with Cruise Lines on ongoing RFPs and Ad Hoc Quotation requests
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to the Operations & Port Deliver teams to ensure alignment with Quoted and Delivered services
  • Solve daily queries and challenges as they arise with clients
  • Implement and improve internal processes and procedures to increase the efficiency of the day to day tasks of the operation 
  • Ability to perform both independently and in teamwork  
  • The position is hybrid and preferably based in Barcelona. Business travel could be requested sporadically and/or availability via remote in unsocial hours ( rarely)

ABOUT YOU 

  • University degree preferably in Travel & Tourism  
  • Proven experience in the cruise industry is a plus   
  • Destination knowledge ( Spain)  
  • Excellent level of English & Spanish, both written and verbal, additional languages a plus  
  • Initiative and strong communication skills with an ability to problem solve
  • Excellent customer management is a must over various channels: email, phone, fam trips, etc. Assertive skills and know how to work under pressure
  • Someone with a methodical, organised approach, with priority towards the execution of the assigned tasks
