HR Admin Payroll

Join our global TUI Musement People Services Team in Palma, Spain, as an HR Admin for People Services in this temporary maternity cover role. You'll play a crucial part in supporting payroll activities and driving HR administrative process improvements during this period.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support payroll activities through HR systems (SAP), including social security and tax payments.
  • Ensure employee and payroll data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and propose ideas for efficient document handling.
  • Support People Services globalization efforts and share best practices with international colleagues.
  • Contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR administrative processes.
  • Prepare relevant reports and communications for authorities and key stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in an HR admin position, including payroll, labor contracts, and social security.
  • Ideally experienced in SAP HR with excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office).
  • Highly organized and pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of analyzing and processing large amounts of data while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a desire to embrace and drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Spanish (additional languages are advantageous).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously when required.
