As a Senior SAP Analytics Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping businesses harness the power of their data. With your problem-solving skills, you'll tackle challenging issues and provide top-tier support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their SAP investments. Working in an agile environment and keeping up with the ever-evolving technical landscape the Senior SAP Analytics Consultant is a lifelong learner and likes to think outside the box.

ABOUT THE JOB

Design and Development:

• As a Senior SAP Analytics Consultant, you’ll design and implement advanced analytics solutions using SAP tools, translating complex business needs into actionable insights.
• Provide expertise in maintaining and enhancing the SAP BW 7.5 and Business Objects Platform.
• Understand the interactions between systems, applications, and services relevant to the BW solution and evaluate the impact of changes or additions.

Initial Planning and Requirements Gathering:

• Liaise with clients to clarify business requirements, ensuring they can be achieved through high-quality deliverables and are clearly documented.
• Translate business requirements into BW/Reporting solutions and write detailed technical specifications.

Implementation:

• Implement and support SAP BW and BO solutions to enhance clients’ business functionality (e.g., SAP FI) and overall performance, maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Work self-responsibly on the successful and timely implementation of solutions.

Optimization and Innovation:

• You'll optimize existing systems and propose innovative solutions, staying aligned with SAP's evolving product roadmap, considering SAP BW/4HANA, DataSphere, S/4HANA embedded Analytics, and Analytics Cloud.
• Be part of advancing our SAP Analytics solutions bringing in your experience.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work as an integrated part of the Analytics team to ensure success and efficiency.
• Consult with peers on all topics related to life cycle management and projects to stabilize and improve overall system quality.
• Provide advice and guidance to business users on all aspects of SAP Analytics use.

ABOUT YOU 

Communication and Collaboration:

• You possess excellent communication skills, articulating your thoughts and ideas with clarity and precision.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and maintain effective work relationships.
• Able to understand technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mastery of moderation, presentation, and visualization techniques, with the ability to make yourself understood to colleagues and stakeholders alike (English mandatory, German optional).

Experience and Expertise:

• Proven track record in delivering Analytics solutions for complex business environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of BI Architecture and design principles.
• Expert knowledge and experience in SAP BW 7.5, BO WebIntelligence, and Analysis for Office for analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced with SAP BW/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with SAP DataSphere is a valuable plus.
• Reading and understanding ABAP code as required for SAP BW.
• Knowledge of brf+ is a plus.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
