24/7 Customer Services Specialist Schiphol
Als Customer Services Specialist bij TUI speel je samen met je team een cruciale rol bij het managen van alle vluchtgerelateerde verstoringen in de Belgische en Nederlandse TUI fly vloot. Jullie zijn de onzichtbare helden die ervoor zorgen dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is voor passagiers die te maken krijgen met (ernstige) vertragingen, overboekingen of andere reisgerelateerde problemen. Dag en nacht staat het team paraat om luchthavenafhandelaars te ondersteunen met vragen over passagiersboekingen, check-in systemen, vluchtwijzigingen en meer.
Je werkt nauw samen met het Operations Control Center (OCC), dat verantwoordelijk is voor alle operationele verstoringen en oplossingen binnen 72 uur en tijdens de operatie.

OVER DE FUNCTIE
Als Customer Services Specialist houd je je bezig met:
- Beantwoorden van vragen van lokale vertegenwoordigers, check-in agenten en luchthavenafhandelaars over passagiers.
- Beslissingen nemen over het welzijn van passagiers (vouchers, accommodatie, transport etc.) bij vertragingen.
- Beheren van passagiersaantallen en oplossen van overboekingen.
- Verwerken van gevolgen van vluchtwijzigingen (downgrades, reseating etc.).
- Verwerken van last minute special service requests.
- Versturen van SMS-berichten naar passagiers bij verstoringen.
- Communiceren met interne partners.
- Monitoren van social media buiten kantooruren.
- Begeleiden en inwerken van nieuwe teamleden na verloop van tijd.

- Commercieel ingesteld is en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden bezit.
- Oplossingsgericht is en sterke sociale en onderhandelingsvaardigheden heeft.
- Overtuigingskracht, klantgerichtheid en verantwoordelijkheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan.
- Resultaatgericht, flexibel, zelfstandig, collegiaal en stressbestendig is.
- Een grote passie voor toerisme en luchtvaart heeft.
- De Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed beheerst, zowel in woord als geschrift.
