- Dir bereitet die freundliche und professionelle telefonische und schriftliche Unterstützung von Reisebüros und Endkunden bei Rückläufern bei Beratungs- und Buchungsprozessen gemäß der vereinbarten Qualitäts- und Prozessstandards zum Versicherungsvergleichssystem, zu den Kundenkarten-Programmen sowie den TUI Reiseversicherungen und Katalogversicherungen Freude
- Du sorgst mit einer freundlichen und professionellen telefonischen und schriftlichen Betreuung von Reisebüros und Endkunden bei Rückläufern und Kulanzanfragen gemäß den vereinbarten Qualitäts- und Prozessstandards für entsprechende Unterstützung
- Du übernimmst die Abwicklung und Klärung von Anfragen in direktem Kontakt mit den Leistungsträgern und Schnittstellen
- Du betreust den Aufbau und die Pflege der Produkte in den Buchungssystemen, Durchführung von Buchungstests, Identifikation und Bereinigung von Fehlern
- Du steuerst die Durchführung der Prozesse für die Kundenkartenprogramme (z.B. Kundendatenanpassungen durch Fehlerprotokolle)
- Du übernimmst die bedarfsabhängige Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von produktspezifischen Verkaufs- und Schulungsunterlagen, sowie der Teilnahme an Vertriebsveranstaltungen
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Eine Ausbildung zur Fachfrau/-mann für die Versicherungsvermittlung (IHK) nach §34d Gewerbeordnung ist wünschenswert
- Berufserfahrung in touristischen, versicherungs- oder dienstleistungsorientierten Bereichen ist wünschenswert
- Systenkenntnisse in @comRes und IRIS.plus wünschenswert, MS Office Kenntnisse sind erforderlich
- Fließendes Englisch ist wünschenswert, verhandlungssicheres Deutsch ist erforderlich
