UND JETZT MAL IM DETAIL:
- Erster Kontaktpunkt für sämtliche Kollegen des Unternehmens in allen arbeitsvertraglichen sowie steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Erstellung der erforderlichen Dokumente und Bescheinigungen, von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt eines Mitarbeiters
- Erfassung und laufende Pflege von Personalstammdaten in SAP, Meldung abrechnungsrelevanter Daten an die Personalabrechnung, sowie Personalaktenführung
- Übergreifende Abstimmung und Korrektur der Zeitkonten inkl. der Bewertung und Behebung von Fehlerquellen
- Abwicklung diverser Sonderthemen und Projekte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabrechnung
DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise zum Personalkaufmann/-frau
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal sind von Vorteil sowie Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie Grundkenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Du trittst freundlich auf, besitzt eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und sorgfältig und beitzt ein gutes Zeitmanagement.
- Der vertrauensvolle Umgang mit sensiblen Daten ist für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse mit
- SAP HR Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
