- Fehleranalyse und -behebung:
- Systematische Analyse von Fehlermeldungen, die von unseren Schiffen und dem Kundenservice übermittelt werden.
- Reproduktion von Fehlern in verschiedenen Umgebungen.
- Erstellung detaillierter Fehlerberichte für das Entwicklungsteam.
- Priorisierung von Fehlern und Koordination der Behebung mit den Entwicklern.
- Kundenbetreuung:
- Direkte Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice bei komplexen Problemen.
- Bereitstellung von Lösungen und Workarounds für Kundenanfragen.
- Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen und -lösungen.
- Prozessoptimierung:
- Identifizierung von Schwachstellen in unseren Supportprozessen.
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von automatisierten Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Effizienz.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam:
- Teilnahme an agilen Entwicklungsprozessen (z.B. Scrum, Kanban).
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Features und der Verbesserung bestehender Funktionen.
- Bereitstellung von Feedback aus erster Hand zur Benutzerfreundlichkeit unserer digitalen Produkte.
- Innovation:
- Identifizierung neuer Technologien und Trends im Bereich des digitalen Supports.
- Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen zur Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses.
WONACH WIR SUCHEN
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support oder Softwareentwicklung
- Erfahrung mit gängigen Bug-Tracking-Tools (z.B. Jira) und Ticket-Systemen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Umfeld
