Un stage chez TUI est fait pour vous! Nous sommes à la recherche d'un stagiaire motivé et enthousiaste pour renforcer notre équipe dans un TUI shop.
Votre mission
En tant que stagiaire dans un TUI shop, vous avez l'occasion de découvrir de près le monde du voyage et du tourisme. Vous travaillerez aux côtés d'agents expérimentés et ferez partie d'une équipe qui se consacre à aider les clients à planifier et à réserver leurs vacances idéales. Ce stage vous offre une occasion unique de développer vos compétences commerciales et de communication, d'élargir votre connaissance des destinations de voyage et d'acquérir une expérience précieuse dans un environnement axé sur le client. Voici ci-dessous un aperçu des tâches.
- Conseiller les clients sur les destinations de voyage, l'hébergement et d'autres services liés au voyage;
- Préparer des propositions de voyage et des devis en fonction des besoins du client;
- Gérer des réservations, des modifications et des annulations dans notre système;
- Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux avec l'équipe;
- Acquérir des connaissances sur différentes destinations, les tendances en matière de voyage et les évolutions actuelles du secteur du voyage;
- Participer aux activités et événements de promotion.
Votre profil
- Vous faites des études dans le domaine du tourisme, de préférence de niveau bachelier.
- Vous pouvez effectuer un stage d'au moins un mois. Nous pouvons ainsi garantir un encadrement optimal et vous connaîtrez vraiment tout le fonctionnement d'une agence de voyages.
- Vous avez une affinité pour les voyages et une connaissance de base de diverses destinations.
- Bon communiquant et à l'écoute des clients.
- Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome, mais aussi en équipe.
- Vous êtes proactif, avide d'apprendre et flexible.
- Excellente maîtrise du néerlandais.
