ABOUT THE JOB

• You will help create the very best holiday experiences for our Polish speaking excursion customers.
• Together with a qualified non-Polish speaking local guide, you will lead, translate, and guide our excursions to various destinations in Cyprus and provide engaging and relevant information to our excursion customers in the bus, and on the sites we visit.  
• You will be actively promoting our portfolio of excursions to the guests.
• You will build up personal destination knowledge not available from browsing online to help you provide great service for customers. 
• You will be working closely with your guest facing colleagues in destination and in the excursions department in ensuring our customers receive a unique and fascinating travel experience. 
• You will respond openly and flexible to any customer queries and provide excellent support. 
• You will be assisting with occasional emergencies and unplanned situations and finding on the spot solutions when out in the field on your own.
• When you are not on a tour, you will be working as part of the excursion department doing various administrative tasks. 

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in tourism sector and as tour guide would be an advantage.        
• An individual with excellent communication, verbal skills in Polish along with English, and flexible regarding working hours.
• Someone who never stops looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight customers. 
• A person who wants to learn, grow and drive their career while spreading smiles across the globe.
• A cultural interested person, team player and supportive attitude.  
• Willing to keep local and destinations knowledge current.
