Supervise, guide, and support the cluster sales team in their daily activities. 

Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. 

Ensure sales leads, proposals, contracts, and client enquiries are handled accurately and within agreed timelines. 

Develop and implement sales action plans with the Director of Sales. 

Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, groups, and MICE segments. 

Monitor account production, market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance. 

Represent both hotels during sales calls, trade fairs, exhibitions, FAM trips, and site inspections. 

Lead the process of contracting, tactical promotions, joint marketing activities, and partner negotiations. 

Coordinate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and hotel operations. 

Track group and MICE opportunities, conversion, and lost business. 

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the Director of Sales. 

Coach and develop the sales team while promoting collaboration, accountability, and high service standards. 

Assist the Director of Sales with other sales-related responsibilities as required.
