**This role can be based in any of our main TUI Offices in Europe and offers flexible working options**

As Manager Global Employer Branding (EB) you will support TUI’s digital transformation by shaping TUI‘s people brand and actively connect leaders with future talent. This is done by building group wide frameworks for branding TUI as employer of choice. Once talent has connected with TUI this role provides a platform for creating and managing talent communities, providing them with relevant content.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Update TUI’s Employer Brand Proposition based on internal & external observations and needs
• Provide an according modular EVP Framework & toolbox
• Design strategic EB campaigns (e.g. digital) and support execution or execute when applicable
• Work closely with staff, especially TA managers, Corporate Communications and (HR) IT across all regions to ensure that all the considerations of TUI’s employer brand are consulted on and implemented effectively
• Build close working relationship with third party providers and monitor developments in employer branding, talent competition and social media trends
• Manage the global TUI social media channels when work/EB related.
• Prove EB efficiency via respective KPI’s/scorecards
• Create EB training content and conduct TTT’s

ABOUT YOU

• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Fluent in English, further languages a plus
• Ability to understand and navigate the political landscape and influence in a complex, global environment
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing social media channels and branding tools (such as websites)
• Proven track record of building branding concepts and strategies (e.g. personas)
• A genuine interest in the effective use of digital technology in TA
• Experience of working across borders and cultures
• Drive, resilience and strong-self-motivation
• Experience and passion to work in virtual teams
