The nature and expertise of the ROBINS, i.e. all our employees, are the key to success: In your job as Club Training Manager, you are responsible for ongoing training on site in the hotels and train conscientiously according to ROBINSON standards.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You are responsible for the implementation and quality assurance of the crew training system in the club
- You organise, document and report on all training measures in the company
- You advise employees on professional and personal development issues
- You ensure the quality of personnel development measures in the company (especially training and trainee programmes)
ABOUT YOU
- You have completed an apprenticeship
- You have strong communication skills and a confident demeanour
- You have a high willingness to learn and a talent for organisation
- You have good PC skills
- Ideally, you have very good knowledge of the respective national language
- You radiate enthusiasm for ROBINSON
