Holidays don't just happen, someone makes them. As a Homeworking Retail Travel Advisor at TUI, you'll be part of a close-knit virtual team doing exactly that: helping customers find and book the kind of holidays they'll talk about for years.

A couple of practical things to know: you'll need a suitable home workspace and a broadband connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.

• Create personalised holiday experiences that put customers at the heart of every interaction
• Spot sales opportunities, build customer confidence and hit your sales goals through expert tailored recommendations
• Communicate across multiple channels, including calls, live chat and virtual appointments and make every one count
• Get to grips with new tools and ways of working as our business and customers evolve, and help shape how we do things better
• Take ownership of customer queries and use your initiative and resilience to the right solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues to build a supportive, high-performing team culture - even from a distance

• Passionate about delivering great customer service and making people's day
• Driven to hit goals and go beyond what's expected on sales
• A confident communicator who builds real relationships with customers and colleagues
• Comfortable with change and quick to adapt to new ways of working
• Resilient, organised and able to keep on top of things in a busy remote environment
• A natural team player who takes the initiative and takes pride in their work
• Happy to work a varied shift pattern including weekends, bank holidays and evenings
