Vacation Executive

We're looking for a Vacation Executive to join our team and manage crew leave and vacation planning. This role balances crew well-being with operational needs, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ABOUT THE JOB

• Manage crew leave requests and approvals

• Coordinate with Crew Scheduling and Operations teams

• Collect and compile annual leave requests

• Allocate leave using software, considering preferences and operational needs

• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Roster pre-assigned vacation days in planning tool

• Analyze leave data and trends for optimization

• Generate reports on leave utilization and patterns

• Resolve conflicts related to leave requests

• Implement process improvements in leave management

ABOUT YOU

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in leave planning, preferably within the aviation industry, is a plus

• Excellent analytical skills, both in process and report domains 

• Ability to set up process and look for improvement in stakeholder management

• Understanding of labour regulations and contractual agreements in the aviation sector

• Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written, and may involve some international travel
