ABOUT THE JOB

• Ensuring our airport operations run like clockwork.
• You will cover a variety of shifts including weekend and Public Holidays.
• Becoming the go-to TUI person for all things at the airport.
• Keeping an eagle eye on our suppliers and making sure they're top-notch.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and safety investigations.
• Manage relationships with airport authorities and government agencies.
• Sharing your brilliant ideas to make things even better. 
• Occasionally stepping into the spotlight for senior management, if needed. 

ABOUT YOU 

• A fresh face eager to learn the ropes of aviation (experience is a bonus, but not a must!).
• A self-starter who loves teamwork and isn't afraid to take the lead.
• Someone who can juggle multiple tasks and still keep smiling.
• A people person who can charm everyone from colleagues to suppliers.
• A creative thinker who can solve problems. 
• A clear communicator in English, Dutch, and French, with ability to influence, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the local operation and gain support and commitment from line managers and employees across the business and third parties.
