ABOUT THE JOB

• Drive our learning and development programs, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish
• Manage all aspects of program logistics, including registrations, venues, communications, and materials
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, colleagues, trainers, and suppliers
• Maintain and optimise our Learning Management System (TUI People) as a Key User
• Guide colleagues in effectively using the LMS tool
• Play a crucial role in organising TUI Take Off, our onboarding day for new colleagues
• Collaborate with an international team across BeNe, UK&I, and Central & Nordics regions
• Contribute to the Center of Expertise (CoE) People & Talent Development within HR

• A natural organiser with a talent for planning and structuring
• Adaptable and able to handle last-minute changes with ease
• Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective
• Strong communicator who thrives on interaction with colleagues and external partners
• Energetic and enthusiastic team player
• Experience in L&D processes or a similar role is advantageous but not essential

In ons team van People & Talent Development zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe Coördinator Learning & Development, onze vorige collega gaat haar carrière verder opbouwen bij retail. In deze functie, heb je veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en ontwikkeling. Je werkt samen in een internationaal team (BeNe, UK&I, Central & Nordics). Het team kenmerkt zich als resultaatgericht, loyaal, creatief en enthousiast. De afdeling People Development valt onder HR en specifiek in de Center of Expertise (CoE) People & Talent Development. Je standplaats is BeNe.

OVER DE FUNCTIE

• Wees de drijvende kracht achter onze leer- en ontwikkelingsprogramma's
• Zorg voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van alle aspecten, van inschrijvingen tot materialen
• Fungeer als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor deelnemers, collega's, trainers en leveranciers
• Treed op als Key User van ons Learning Management System (TUI People)
• Registreer en onderhoud leeractiviteiten in het systeem
• Begeleid collega's bij het effectief gebruiken van de LMS-tool
• Speel een cruciale rol bij het organiseren van TUI Take Off, onze onboardingsdag voor nieuwe collega's
• Werk samen in een internationaal team (BeNe, UK&I, Central & Nordics)
• Draag bij aan het Center of Expertise (CoE) People & Talent Development binnen HR
