AI Solution Architect

We're looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design our central AI Platforms, drive key technical decisions, and establish clear governance and security standards across TUI's IT landscape.

• Lead technology and organisational transformation initiatives, shaping IT architecture strategies in collaboration with senior tech leaders.
• Translate business opportunities into innovative AI solutions, using your strong facilitation skills to engage teams and enhance solution quality.
• Champion architectural standards and practices, aligning our technology strategy with compliance and business integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement in agile environments by identifying gaps and adapting processes to market trends.
• Ensure technical implementations align with enterprise architecture and organisational goals, staying informed on emerging AI technologies.
• Shape architecture with a deep understanding of business context, fostering sustainable delivery and quality from the outset. 
• Support teams in adopting AI platforms, balancing tactical needs with long-term maintainability, and driving engineering excellence. 
• Actively contribute to global tech communities, lead impactful initiatives, and promote secure behaviours across all activities.

• Recognised thought leader in AI, active in global tech communities.
• Experienced architect and servant leader with a passion for AI platform architecture.
• Proven in designing and optimising architecture blueprints to enable self-service innovation.
• Skilled at translating business vision into technical strategies and communicating them back.
• Agile-minded, integrating architectural practices seamlessly into agile workflows.
• Provides technical leadership with a strategic, long-term vision across tech communities.
• Strong communicator, adept at managing senior stakeholders and cross-boundary collaboration.
• Proficient in cloud tech, microservices, CI/CD, DevSecOps.
• Customer-focused with a passion for crafting high-quality digital products, continuous improvement, with an understanding of the social, legal, and ethical impact of AI technologies.
