Join our Customer Claims Recovery team where you'll play a vital role in protecting TUI's interests while building strong relationships with suppliers across our global network. Reporting directly to the Customer Claims Recovery Managers, you'll be part of a dynamic team working to recover costs from Personal Injury and Illness claims.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll supply information to resort offices and suppliers to help secure recovery of a significant proportion of our outlay, whilst dealing with any associated queries.
  • Building and fostering strong relationships with overseas suppliers, resort staff, insurers and internal stakeholders will be key to achieving maximum recovery.
  • Understanding why compensation and cost payments are made is essential, as you'll need to explain these to various parties clearly and confidently.
  • Day-to-day duties include processing recoveries within our financial accounting system, notifying resort offices and suppliers of claim outcomes, and maintaining recovery data in Riskonnect.
  • We'll expect you to perform various administrative tasks as required, maintaining and archiving records to satisfy audit requirements.
  • Working collaboratively within the team to achieve targets and service levels is crucial, whilst also meeting your individual objectives.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a solid understanding of personal injury claims and how they work.
  • Staying calm and focused when things get busy comes naturally to you.
  • Experience using Riskonnect would be beneficial, but it’s not essential.
  • Monitoring and adjusting your own performance against ambitious targets motivates rather than intimidates you.
  • Your telephone manner is excellent, and you understand why customer engagement matters.
  • Managing and negotiating with experienced suppliers is something you can handle with confidence and professionalism.
