Operations Agent | Local Residents | Fixed Term

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Bulgaria - Burgas.

You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

ABOUT YOU 

• Great organizational skills and ability to wrk in a fast-paced environment.
• Experiecen in the leisure and tourism industry - ideally in a booking admin position is desirable.
• Abel to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
• You can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture, plus you easily adapt to a vraiety of changes in ways of working adn quickly learn new skills.
• Collaborative approach, a real team player.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal an written in Bulgarian and in English is required for this role.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Managing and communicating all bookings, last minute bookings and amendments, comunicating to the destination team and supplier guarenteeing services as smooth as posible while optimizing costs and load factor.
• Solving daily oeprational incidents realting to excursions and/or transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.
• Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
• Ability to think quickly to replan, according to vehicle/guide availability.
• Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
• Excellent communication skills necessary in English and in Bulgarian to deliver information to the service delivery team and suppliers.
