OSH & SM Executive | Türkiye | Temporary Contract

Join our global TUI Musement Operations Support Hub Team as an Operations Support Hub Service & SM Executive brand in Türkiye (Antalya or Marmaris).

You will provide operational and administrative support to the OSH Service SM Team Manager and business partners across your assigned destinations.

ABOUT YOU

  • Exceptional administration, planning and organization skills.
  • Computer literate and technically capable of working work within a new digital service environment.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on planning ahead.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, plus other languages would be advantageous to service both source markets and destinations in local language when possible.
  • Travel industry knowledge is valuable as well as experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.
  • A talented team player with the ability to work virtually who wants to learn, grow, and drive their career while spreading smiles across the globe.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Monitoring the HUB Generic email log, answer and follow up (reclaims, legals, complaints)
  • Monitoring incident management cases by taking actions requested by the source markets.
  • Communicating with suppliers and liaising with local TUI Support Agents and operation teams in your assigned regions regarding post-holiday legal claims and the reclaim procedure with our suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing JIRA queries for HUB specific topics (account access issues and other TUI specific system queries)
