About the job

As a First Officer, you will have significant responsibilities and will receive active mentoring from experienced Captains to help you advance in your career. 

Joining our motivated and dynamic pilot team, will allow you to create unforgettable travel experiences.

About the Training
Upon successful completion of the selection process, you will be enrolled in the B737 Type Rating Course at TUI fly Belgium, providing you with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a B737 aircraft. Following the successful completion of your type rating, you will commence your line training.

For this year, TUI fly has decided to cover the cost of the type rating course, providing an excellent opportunity for aspiring commercial airline pilots.

The training courses are scheduled to begin at various dates spanning from November 2024 to February 2025. The first type rating course is set to commence in early November 2024.

About You

  • You possess a valid and recently obtained EASA frozen ATPL license, a valid CPL IR/ME, MCC and an advanced UPRT certificate
  • You have a valid Medical Class 1 certificate
  • You have a valid EU passport
  • You are fluent in English (ELP 5 minimum); proficiency in additional languages is a plus


Our selection process

  • Step 1: CV screening
  • Step 2: online technical questionnaire
  • Step 3: selection day 1: HR interview & alcohol- and drug test
  • Step 4: selection day 2: simulator assessment @ CAE Steenokkerzeel
  • Step 5: psychological testing
