Diese Aufgaben erfüllst du voller Begeisterung:
- Ableitung, Entscheidung & Umsetzung von geeigneten Maßnahmen für den ACH Markt auf Grundlage festgelegter Umsatz- und Vermarktungsziele (lang, - mittel, - und kurzfristig)
- Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen und zielgruppenrelevanten B2B Kommunikation (Newsletter, updates)
- Erstellung von Landingpages & Weiterentwicklung des Extranets go-robinson
- Initiierung, Abstimmung & Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen (z.B. individuelle Advertorials, Social Media Vorlagen, Anzeigen- und Flyervorlagen sowie Verkaufswettbewerbe, Gutscheinmanagement)
- Umsetzung & Weiterentwicklung eines Wertschätzungsprogrammes für TOP Partner (aktive Betreuung definierter Agenturen mit first level support, Organisation & Durchführung von Incentive Reisen)
- Eigenständige Planung & Durchführung von Seminarreisen & Trainings
Du solltest dein ICH und Folgendes mitbringen:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Touristikkauffrau/-kaufmann und/oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft, bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Touristik
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Reisebüro und/oder beim Reiseveranstalter von Vorteil
Sehr gute Rechtschreibkenntnisse
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Verbindlichkeit und Termintreue
Teamplayer
Zuverlässige, aufgeschlossene und engagierte Persönlichkeit
Strukturierte, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft zur Übernahme teamübergreifender Aufgaben sowie Dienstreisen
Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch | Englisch | zusätzlich Französisch wünschenswert
Systemkenntnisse: MS Office | IRIS+ | Protel | TYPO3
