Our International Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who are curious, adaptable and excited about shaping the future of travel at TUI.

Over two years, you'll complete four six-month rotations across different strategic areas of our business. From Commercial and Airline to Technology, Strategy and Innovation, you'll gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects with real business impact, build your network and discover where your strengths can take you.

Working alongside colleagues and senior leaders across our global business, you'll gain international exposure through assignments in TUI locations such as the UK, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden, while developing the skills and confidence to build a successful future career at TUI.

Our Programme is more than your day-to-day role. Throughout the 2 years, you'll join dedicated development weeks, networking events and learning experiences alongside your fellow graduates. You'll connect with colleagues and senior leaders from across TUI, broaden your business perspective and strengthen the skills that will support your future career.

By the end of the programme, you'll leave with a global network, international experience and a unique understanding of how TUI operates across markets, functions and destinations around the world. You'll develop the business insight, strategic perspective and confidence to take the next steps in your career and build strong foundations for future leadership opportunities.

We're looking for ambitious graduates who are curious, adaptable and eager to learn. You might be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a recent Master's degree, or a Bachelor's degree combined with valuable experience gained through internships, placements or early-career roles in areas such as Commercial, Airline, Technology, Strategy, Innovation or other strategic business functions
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and a proactive mindset
  • Enjoy working in international and collaborative environments
  • Bring commercial awareness, curiosity and a growth mindset
  • Are based in, or willing to relocate to, one of our participating head office locations
  • Have business-level English skills
  • Share our TUI culture and values

Employment contracts are typically offered in Belgium, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK.

Your Application Journey

Ready to launch your global career in travel? Our International Graduate Programme offers an exciting pathway into the world of TUI. Here's your guide to our application process.

Your application should showcase your genuine motivation for joining TUI and your understanding of the travel industry. We're looking for candidates who connect with our values and vision for the future of travel.

Online Assessments

After submitting your application, selected candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment designed to evaluate key skills relevant to the programme, such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and a personality test.

Digital Interview

If you pass your assessments, you'll then be invited to complete a recorded digital interview featuring a series of strengths-based questions.

We want to learn more about your experiences, ambitions and what excites you about joining TUI. You'll have time to consider your responses before recording them, and one opportunity to re-record each answer if needed.

This stage focuses on your potential, motivation and future contribution rather than experience alone.

Virtual Assessment Day

After your digital interview, successful candidates will receive an invitation to one of our Virtual Assessment Days. You'll select from available dates (allocated on a first-come, first-served basis).

Your assessment day includes:

  • Welcome and introductions to assessors and fellow candidates
  • A collaborative group exercise
  • A strengths-based interview
  • An individual exercise (brief provided in advance for preparation) with on-the-spot questions to assess your thinking

After all assessment days are complete, we personally call every candidate with their result.
