Our popular two-year International Graduate Programme, which offers four six-month rotations across Airline, Technology, Strategy, Innovation and more, is now closed for applications. This programme typically provides recent graduates with valuable international experience in key TUI locations, expert mentorship, and opportunities to make real business impact.
When applications reopen, we'll be looking for recent graduates with leadership potential, business-level English, and a passion for travel. Employment contracts are usually available in Germany, UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
