Our Assessment team helping us assess the skills that matter

People are at the heart of assessment
Technology can support some parts of our assessment process, but human judgement is still a really important part of recruitment. Where assessment tools use AI-enabled technology, this doesn't replace the people who review candidates and make recruitment decisions.
