Our Candidate Experience team focuses on making the recruitment journey as smooth and positive as possible for certain roles - from the information you receive to the support available along the way. They work closely with our recruitment teams to make processes clearer, improve communications and use candidate feedback to continuously enhance the experience. Talent Acquisition Assessment Manager, Musement
Hi, I'm Chrys! I've been with TUI for over 10 years, starting my journey in service delivery roles for Destination before moving into Talent Acquisition four years ago. Today, I'm a Talent Acquisition Assessment Manager, leading a team of assessors who interview candidates globally for Musement destination roles. Together, we help deliver fair, consistent and engaging assessment experiences while supporting recruitment across multiple markets. I love working at TUI because of the fantastic people, international collaboration and opportunities to continuously improve what we do.
