What does a Customer Service Advisor do?
By joining our Global Customer Service Centre as a Customer Service Advisor you'll be there to assist our cutomers with any queires they may have regarding their holiday with us.
What are the working hours?
Our Customer Service Centre is open across 7 days of the week between the hours of 9am - 7pm Monday -Friday, 9am-5pm Saturdays and 10am-5pm on Sundays.
How far in advance will I know what shifts I will be working?
To ensure a good work life balance, you will have visibility of your shifts around 10 weeks in advance. You will be able to see what shifts you are working, when your days off are and when your breaks / lunches are scheduled for.
Will I work every weekend?
You'll work a variety of different shifts, which will include working some weekends.
Is the role Home Working?
Most of our Customer Service Advisor roles are 'Hybrid' working, which means you'll spend around 2 - 3 days per week in the office, with the rest of your time working from home. We will state specifically in our job advertsiements if the role is 100% Home Working.
How does the recruitment process work?
Once you've submitted your online application, here's what happens next:
Online assessment – You'll have 5 days to complete this from when you receive your invite. The assessment isn't timed - so please take your time to complete.
Self-recorded digital interview – If you're successful, we'll send you a link to record a short video interview. You'll have another 5 days to complete this one.
Face-to-face interview – If everything's looking positive, we'll invite you to your local office for an interview. It's a great chance for you to learn more about the role and for us to get to know you better.
