We are looking for ambitious, driven and energetic Sales Representatives to join our team in Side.
This is a performance-based role where your passion, persistence and hunger for sales will directly impact your earnings.

- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Turkish, Polish, German, or French are a strong advantage).

- Proactively approaching, engaging and converting new customers.
- Selling excursions, activities, and experiences both inside and around the shop.
- Increasing foot traffic through promotions, collaborations, flyers and creative outreach.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Contributing fresh ideas to help the team deliver even better results.
- Handling objections with confidence, persistence, and enthusiasm.
- Representing Tantur Turizm with professionalism, energy and positivity.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, perfect for someone who loves being active, talking to people, sparking interest and closing deals.
