Senior SEO Manager

We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager who is not just adept at navigating the ever-evolving landscape of search engines but thrives on it. Search Engine Optimisation forms an integral part of TUI’s digital strategy, and the Senior SEO Manager plays a pivotal role in improving our online presence and growing our organic traffic. In this role you will be developing and future proofing our SEO strategy, leading a team of 4 SEO enthusiasts and managing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to enhance organic search performance, through traditional as well as AI-driven search engines.
• Guide and empower the SEO team through mentorship, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders to ensure the importance of SEO is understood and key requirements are prioritised appropriately 
• Stay updated with the latest SEO news, trends, methodologies, and case studies to boost SEO performance and test innovative approaches.
• Define objectives and key results in line with TUI’s business goals
• Drive SEO awareness and impact across TUI, sharing recommendations and evaluating the effectiveness of past work.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all things SEO for our Product Development teams.
• Collaborate with wider Group SEO teams to define long-term SEO growth plans.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven track record in developing and implementing impactful SEO strategies and leading teams, either in-house or at an agency.
• Expert technical SEO knowledge
• An advanced user of search data platforms (for example  SEMRush or Botify)
• Experience leading complex SEO projects with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Proactive learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and search engine algorithms.
• Excellent communication and executive presence skills, to effectively work with multiple departments across different markets
• Ability to prioritise based on business goals
• Management of projects with both internal and external stakeholders
