ABOUT THE JOB
- Understand the business job landscape and maintain a solid position framework
- Contribute to the maintenance of the job evaluation framework and global job catalogue. Contribute as a subject matter expert to Reward related system/module development defining requirements and testing
- Assess the effectiveness of current reward programs/processes in relation to the company objectives and suggest new solutions where necessary (total reward package and benefits)
- Partner with People Partners to monitor and re-design local reward packages to ensure a consistent, competitive and fair reward landscape across TUI Musement
- Analyse reward related data and perform scenario modelling
- Implement the global pay review and variable pay process, ensuring that the process is compliant with the requirements of the reward governance framework
ABOUT YOU
- Experience of using a wide variety of analytical approaches and tools, to design scenarios and models (Excel advanced user mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
- Experience with local implementation of global/corporate compensation standards
- Good understanding of TUI MM’s position landscape is desirable
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies
- Desirable HR Systems knowledge (SAP)
- Good communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users
