Join our global TUI Musement Finance team as The Head of Steering & Transformation. You will play a pivotal role in advancing strategic change and growth initiatives within Musement, aligning closely with TUI Group's global strategy. In this capacity, you will partner with senior leadership and be responsible for shaping and managing the strategic agenda, ensuring alignment of all business transformation projects with the company’s short and long-term agenda.

ABOUT THE JOB  

  • Responsibility and management for the Musement strategic planning and prioritisation process, ensuring cohesive and consistent strategy formulation and implementation across functions. 

  • Accountable for the transformation agenda and responsible for leading business change and transformation activities across Musement to deliver the 3Y plans aligned with our strategies.  

  • Establish collaboration and ways of working between Strategy and Transformation team to align local objectives with overall group goals.  

  • Identify, prioritize, and develop new growth opportunities to meet evolving customer needs, thereby sustaining TUI Musement’s competitive edge.  

  • Responsible for the governance structures, overseeing agenda management and board-level engagement to support strategic project prioritization.  

  • Ensure that the Musement Board is prepared with high-quality proposals and reports, coordinating with TUI Group Board Offices to track and follow up on key actions.  

  • Drive innovation by leading the development and implementation of new products and services across functions.  

  • Manage and track the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization of high-impact initiatives, including CAPEX tracking.  

  • Accountable for building robust project management framework to standardize program execution, optimize resources, and drive consistency across Musement.  

  • Oversee the creation and management of business cases, from initial setup to ongoing governance, securing stakeholder alignment and managing interdependencies.  

  • Establish and lead a comprehensive communication plan to maintain awareness and engagement across all levels of the business.  

  • Act as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and with Strategy, IT, and Portfolio Management teams.

ABOUT YOU 

  • Proven experience leading business change and transformation projects within a complex, matrixed environment. 

  • Strong strategic acumen, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable business targets. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. 

  • Extensive experience in program and project management, including oversight of project governance, stakeholder alignment, and resource allocation. 

  • Demonstrated experience as a board member or participant in senior management forums, adept at preparing and presenting at executive levels. 

  • Strong commercial insight and financial acumen to assess the cost/benefit impact of strategic decisions. 

  • Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team, both directly and cross-functionally. Ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions in uncertain contexts, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. 

  • Structured and methodical approach with a strategic mindset, balanced by a tactical focus on execution and results.
