Not only do they get flights, luggage, transfers, meals, drinks and service charges included, but they can always expect amazing service from our friendly crew.
Our five-ship fleet is tailored to British tastes and preferences, offering familiar comforts that make you feel right at home on every sailing – helping to establish us as the UK’s second biggest cruise line. No matter your job area, you’ll play a key role in helping our guests have the ultimate Marella experience as we sail away to over 100 dreamy destinations.
Each member of the Marella Cruises team is vital in providing guests with an unforgettable experience that keeps them coming back. From being centre stage as part of our Entertainment team to working hard behind the scenes in our Technical team, you’ll find a variety of roles at Marella Cruises to suit every skillset.

You might feel an ocean away from the action, but our Head Office roles are just as exciting as those based onboard! You’ll join a close-knit team, where unique skills and talents help us deliver dream holidays to our customers every year.

The hidden heroes, we rely on highly skilled mariners to get us from a-to-b safely. Our Deck and Technical teams are the backbone of our fleet and are responsible for ensuring our ship operates efficiently according to international regulations and ensuring the integrity of the vessel and onboard systems.

Travel the world while doing what you love as part of our award-winning Entertainment team. From fun activities like quizzes, gameshows and competitions to full-production West End-style shows and intimate performances, we count on enthusiastic entertainers and production professionals to bring it all to life for our guests.

At Marella Cruises, we strive to have the friendliest crew at sea. Which is why we celebrate personality, professionalism and a shared sense of fun amongst our diverse team of over 2,000 professionals, with roles ranging from customer service and administration to housekeeping. If you have a passion for hospitality and love to bring a smile to everything you do, this is the role for you.

Our Onboard Partner roles are divided into three sections, the first being the talented stylists and therapists that deliver a range of treatments in our onboard spa and salon. Become part of our Broad Street Shops team and deliver retail therapy at sea, and for those passionate about capturing our guests’ special moments, you’ll feel right at home in our Photography team.

Those with a love of travel will thrive within our Destination Services team, where you can help guests make the most of their time ashore by organising unforgettable tours, offering expert advice, and showcasing the culture-rich destinations we visit. Whether you're a Destination Services Advisor or a Bike Guide, you'll play a key role in creating unique experiences - on foot or on two wheels.
Gemma Marfell
Destination Services Executive
Working in Destination Services has been an incredible adventure. I've had the chance to travel the world, explore amazing places, and help guests do the same. From the buzz of port days onboard to the collaboration at head office, every part of the journey has been exciting, rewarding, and full of unforgettable moments.
Our office-based roles are divided between TUI’s Head Office in Luton and the Southampton office, while our other roles are based onboard our ships meaning that you’ll be at the heart of the Marella magic. Those working onboard can expect to be in the beautiful Mediterranean during our summer season, with our ships moving to the Caribbean and Canaries for the winter months.
Marella Cruises is TUI's UK-exclusive cruise line, offering unforgettable holiday experiences at sea for British travellers. While our brand currently operates solely in the UK market, we're always looking for exceptional talent to join our dedicated teams both onboard and ashore.

Don’t fall victim to recruitment scams. Requesting advance payments for work on ships is prohibited under international maritime labour conventions. Marella Cruises, and our partners, will never ask an applicant to part with money as part of the recruitment process. We only work with MLC-accredited recruitment and manning agencies. If you’re not sure if a recruiter is legitimate you can approach your national seafarers’ trade union or the ITF for advice.
