Marine & Technical
The hidden heroes, we rely on highly skilled mariners to get us from a-to-b safely. Our Deck and Technical teams are the backbone of our fleet and are responsible for ensuring our ship operates efficiently according to international regulations and ensuring the integrity of the vessel and onboard systems.
Entertainment
Travel the world while doing what you love as part of our award-winning Entertainment team. From fun activities like quizzes, gameshows and competitions to full-production West End-style shows and intimate performances, we count on enthusiastic entertainers and production professionals to bring it all to life for our guests.
Hotel Operations
At Marella Cruises, we strive to have the friendliest crew at sea. Which is why we celebrate personality, professionalism and a shared sense of fun amongst our diverse team of over 2,000 professionals, with roles ranging from customer service and administration to housekeeping. Onboard Partners
Our Onboard Partner roles are divided into three sections, the first being the talented stylists and therapists that deliver a range of treatments in our onboard spa and salon. Become part of our Broad Street Shops team and deliver retail therapy at sea, and for those passionate about capturing our guests’ special moments, you’ll feel right at home in our Photography team.
Destination Services
Those with a love of travel will thrive within our Destination Services team, where you can help guests make the most of their time ashore by organising unforgettable tours, offering expert advice, and showcasing the culture-rich destinations we visit. Where in the world is Marella Cruises?
Our office-based roles are divided between TUI’s Head Office in Luton and the Southampton office, while our other roles are based onboard our ships meaning that you’ll be at the heart of the Marella magic. Those working onboard can expect to be in the beautiful Mediterranean during our summer season, with our ships moving to the Caribbean and Canaries for the winter months.
Marella Cruises is TUI's UK-exclusive cruise line, offering unforgettable holiday experiences at sea for British travellers. While our brand currently operates solely in the UK market, we're always looking for exceptional talent to join our dedicated teams both onboard and ashore.
