UK Cabin Crew Apprenticeship

Take off on a new kind of career by joining our Cabin Crew Apprentices Programme

Dream of flying? Our brand-new Cabin Crew Apprenticeship is your chance to earn, learn and travel - all while gaining a recognised qualification.

This 9-month paid programme (March–November 2026) combines world-class cabin crew training with real in-flight experience. By the end, you’ll achieve a Level 3 Cabin Crew Apprenticeship Standard, equivalent to two A Levels and recognised across the aviation industry.

What to expect

  • Initial Training (April–May) – Learn everything from safety and first aid to customer service and aviation security.

  • Cabin Crew Experience (May–October) – Take to the skies as part of our cabin crew, putting your training into practice on live flights.

  • Ongoing Learning – One day each month dedicated to apprenticeship study and professional development, supported by our training partner A S Training.

What we look for

To apply, you'll need:

  • GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • To be 18 years or older by March 2026.
  • The ability to reach 6ft 2in (1.89m) with bare feet flat on the ground.
  • To be fit to operate, able to swim 25 metres, and report to base within 90 minutes.
  • A valid UK or Irish passport with at least 6 months’ validity.

You’ll also complete background, medical, and drug & alcohol checks as part of the process.

After your Apprenticeship

When you successfully complete the programme, you’ll hold a nationally recognised qualification and gain valuable flying experience. While a permanent role isn’t guaranteed, you’ll be well positioned to apply for future Cabin Crew roles with TUI or across the industry.
